Khadim India Limited announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 2,734.72 million compared to INR 1,597.59 million a year ago. Net income was INR 115.24 million compared to net loss of INR 198.77 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 6.42 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of INR 11.06 a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was INR 6,442.57 million compared to INR 7,785.39 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 329.44 million compared to INR 312.69 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 18.33 compared to INR 17.4 a year ago.
Khadim India Limited is an India-based branded footwear company. The Company's business segment is footwear and accessories. The Company operates through two business verticals, such as retail and distribution, each with own customer base, sales channels and product range. Its retail products are relatively more premium than those sold in its distribution business and are sold through its network of retail stores, including company owned outlets and franchisees. Its retail products include leather/non-leather sandals, slippers, boots, ballerinas, stilettos, moccasins, sports shoes and accessories, such as socks, shoe polishes, brushes, leather belts, wallets and laptop bags, among others. Under its distribution business, the Company manufactures and supplies footwear to distributors, who, in turn, supply them to multi-brand outlets (MBOs) across India. Its brands include khadim, Pro, Sharon, Bonito, Lazard, Softouch, Cleo, British Walkers, Turk, Fliers, Kalypso, FitNxt and Dunford.
