- Meet & Greet with Jungheinrich brand ambassador Nico Rosberg
On the opening day of LogiMAT 2022, Jungheinrich will be presenting the new PowerCube on its stand in Hall 9. With this compact storage system for containers, Jungheinrich sets new standards in the field of automated warehousing systems and guarantees optimum use of space with high flexibility and strong performance. In the morning, Jungheinrich brand ambassador Nico Rosberg will ring in the start of the current Jungheinrich brand campaign together with Christian Erlach, Member of the Board of Management for Sales.
Jungheinrich is the largest exhibitor at LogiMAT 2022 in Stuttgart. On the first day of the trade fair, the intralogistics expert has a real highlight in store at its stand in Hall 9. At 9:30 a.m., the Jungheinrich PowerCube will celebrate its world premiere. Visitors to LogiMAT will be able to see the advantages of the new compact storage system for containers live and experience how Jungheinrich is opening up a new dimension of efficiency in the warehouse.
The PowerCube is an automated compact container warehouse for space-saving storage and order picking of small parts and general cargo. The containers are stacked on top of each other in a modular racking system in vertical channels up to 12 m high. This system height enables the PowerCube to provide space-saving and space-efficient container storage in a very small area. The containers are stored and retrieved by newly developed CSC shuttles that move underneath the racking system at a speed of up to 4 m/s. The shuttles are equipped with a special safety system.
At 10:30 a.m., Christian Erlach, Member of the Board of Management for Sales, welcomes Jungheinrich brand ambassador Nico Rosberg to the exhibition stand. Together they present the new Jungheinrich brand campaign. Nico Rosberg is a prominent advocate of electric mobility and sustainable entrepreneurship. "Nico gives a face to our commitment in the field of lithium-ion technology and for more sustainability in intralogistics. Together we want to show what is possible in the warehouse of the future," says Christian Erlach, and Nico Rosberg adds: "Jungheinrich and I have a common goal: to make the world more sustainable with e-mobility and smart technologies."
From 1.30 p.m., visitors to LogiMAT can experience Nico Rosberg live at a Meet & Greet on the Jungheinrich stand. There will be the opportunity to take joint photos with the 2016 Formula 1 World Champion on a Jungheinrich truck and get autographs.
Jungheinrich will also be presenting its broad portfolio of automated warehousing systems and mobile robots at LogiMAT from May 31 to June 2, 2022. With the latest addition of the Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) to its range of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Jungheinrich now covers an even wider spectrum of solutions, now ranging from low-lift and high-lift tasks, VNA storage, floor-to-floor transports, load pulling as well as underload transports to robotics-to-goods. Highlights on the Jungheinrich stand will be the Soto robot from Jungheinrich partner Magazino, the EKS 215a automated guided vehicle nominated for the IFOY Award and the latest member of the Jungheinrich family: the AMR arculee from arculus.
Also to be found on the Jungheinrich stand will be the latest POWERLiNE lithium-ion trucks. These include the electric stacker truck ERD 220i, nominated for the IFOY Award, and the electric pallet truck ERE 225i. Jungheinrich is a pioneer of lithium-ion technology in intralogistics. With the concept of integrated lithium-ion batteries, Jungheinrich has once again set a new industry standard. The result: significantly reduced truck dimensions, improved agility, increased comfort and greater safety. Another special feature of the POWERLiNE trucks: they are completely CO2-neutral until delivery to the customer. Overall, lithium-ion technology makes a major contribution to more sustainability in intralogistics. It convinces with reliably high performance at reduced energy consumption, fast charging times and zero maintenance.
For all those who cannot come to LogiMAT in Stuttgart in person, Jungheinrich will also be presenting the highlights of the trade fair as part of a digital event on 9 June 2022. In web sessions and virtual showrooms, everyone can find out in detail how Jungheinrich is shaping the warehouse of the future and get advice in a personal exchange with Jungheinrich employees.
