Its subsidiaries are engaged in production and sale of cocoa ingredients products, procurement, sales and marketing of cocoa beans, related products, and trading of waste products. Its subsidiaries include JB Cocoa Sdn Bhd, JB Foods Global Pte. Ltd, JB Cocoa AG, JBC Europe OU, JB Sourcing CI, and others.
