The Board of Directors of Isetan (Singapore) Limited to announced that it has entered into a tenancy agreement for Level Four of Isetan Wisma Atria, 435 Orchard Road ("premises"). The new tenant, a prominent financial institution, will be taking up the premises for the purpose of setting up a banking branch. The lease will be for an initial lease term of five (5) years and is expected to commence in the 2nd quarter of 2022 after taking into consideration the time needed for reinstatement works, fitting out works and regulatory approvals, amongst other things.
