Palm Hills Developments S.A.E. acquired additional 15.35% minority stake in International Company for Leasing S.A.E. for EGP 23.6 million.

Palm Hills Developments S.A.E. (CASE:PHDC) acquired additional 15.35% minority stake in International Company for Leasing S.A.E. (CASE:ICLE) for EGP 23.6 million on April 20, 2022. Under the terms, 576,001 will be acquired on an average price of EGP 41 per shares. Post acquisition 18.23% will be the held by Palm Hills Developments.
