On November 17, 2020, Insteel Industries, Inc. issued a news release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared both its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, and a one-time special cash dividend of $1.50 per share of common stock. Both the regular and the special dividends will be payable on December 18, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2020. A copy of this release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
