The Instalco subsidiary, Ohmegi, has been contracted for the design and installation of the electrical solutions in conjunction with the construction of a new, automated logistics centre at Rosersberg, north of Stockholm. The size of the building will be 75,000 sq. m. and it will be completed by the end of the year.

For Ohmegi, the project spans over the next 12 months and the order value is approximately SEK 55 million.

'The size of this new logistics centre is quite large, and the project is being implemented over a relatively short period of time. We will be using the successful model developed by our fellow subsidiary, Elkontakt i Borås and benefiting from their vast experience in this area. They are Instalco's specialist for this type of project. We are looking forward to working on the assignment, which is already underway,' says Johan Brodin, CEO at Ohmegi.

The new logistics centre will be equipped with an automated, robot-supported storage system, which is twice as efficient as traditional warehouse solutions. There will also be a reloading area and office premises.

The logistics centre is being built by Tommy Allström Byggproduktion AB on behalf of the end customer, DSV Solutions AB.
