Castilla Agricola SA is a Colombia-based company principally engaged in the production, refining and commercialization of sugarcane and rice, as well as in the breeding of livestock intended for the production and distribution of meat. The Company performs its activities in the district of Pradera, department of Valle del Cauca. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Cauca Grande SA, Agricola y Ganadera del Sur SA, Agro Avelina SAS, Agro La Balsa SAS, Agro El Venado SAS and Agro La Pampa SAS.
