Index Agro Industries Limited is a Bangladesh-based produces poultry feed, fish-feed and day-old chicks (broiler and layer). The Company operates through two segments: Feed, and Poultry & Hatchery. Its feed mill produces and markets fish and poultry feeds. Its feed mill produces eight tons per hour with a manpower capacity of 365. Actual production capacity of feed mill is 96,000 megatons (MT) feed. Its breeder farms have established two breeder farms, one is located in Rajendrapur and another in Bogra. Its Rajendrapur farm has an annual capacity of 11.5 million Day Old Chicks (DOC). Their activities are to produce and sell DOC from the hatchery unit and hatching eggs from the breeder production unit. It has two hatcheries, one is located in Rajendrapur and another in Rangpur district. Their activities are to produce DOC. Its Rajendrapur hatchery has an annual capacity 12.5 million DOC.
