Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Hyve Group plc today announces that its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2019 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.hyve.group.

A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and printed copies have been posted to shareholders today.

The Company's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 30 September 2019 will be held on Thursday 23 January 2020 at 9.00 a.m. at the Hyve Group plc offices, 2 Kingdom Street, Paddington, London W2 6JG.
