Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited announced that Mr. Chen Penghui has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee and Mr. Zhao Chun has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. Effective from May 6, 2022.
