HANOI (Reuters) - Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Bank, or HDBank, plans to raise up to $500 million issuing convertible dollar-denominated bonds in the international market, the lender said on Wednesday.
HDBank will next month seek its shareholders' approval for the issuance of the five-year bonds, it said in a statement, adding that the bonds would be issued in 2023 or 2024.
