KMC International Co. Ltd., IvI Co., Ltd, Ruda Company, SG Partners, Jangsan Lee, Lee, Sang-ho, Do-Jun Ahn and Lee, Seung - Hyun acquired Sorak Yangjo Co Ltd. from HITEJINRO Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000080) for KRW 2.1 billion on July 30, 2021. Buyers will acquire 0.41 million shares at KRW 5000 per share. IvI Co., Ltd and SG Partners will acquire 0.085 million shares (20.74% stake each), KMC International Co. Ltd. and Ruda Company will hold 0.08 million shares (19.51% stake each) while Jangsan Lee and Lee, Sang-ho will hold 0.04 million and 0.02 million shares (9.75% and 4.88% stake) respectively. Do-Jun Ahn and Lee, Seung - Hyun each will hold 0.01 million shares each representing 2.44% stake of Sorak Yangjo Co Ltd.

HiteJinro Co Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of alcoholic beverages. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Korean Distilled Spirits segment mainly manufactures and sells Korean distilled spirits under the brand name of Chamisul, and others. The Beer segment mainly produces beers under the brand name of Hite, and others. The Bottled Water segment mainly manufactures spring water under the brand name of Seogsu. The Other segment mainly produces other alcoholic beverages under the brand name of Makgeolli, and others.
