HANSAE YES24 HOLDINGS is a Korea-based holding company engaged in the management of its subsidiaries. The Company’s subsidiaries include HANSAE CO., LTD., engaged in the original equipment manufacturing (OEM), wholesale, import and export of knit shirts, ladies wears and casual clothing and YES24 CO., LTD, engaged in Internet shopping mall business, which provides books, records, digital versatile discs (DVDs), tickets, e-learning and e-books. On February 20, 2014, it established a wholly owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of textiles and textile products, real estate business, Internet related business, and venture investment business. On March 26, 2014, the Company completed the transferring of entire shares of two subsidiaries, PT. Hansae Yes24 Indonesia and Hansae Yes24 Vina Co., Ltd.
