Grupo de Moda SOMA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Executive Commitee, in an meeting, designated Igor Chalhub de Abreu Lima for the position of Independent Member of the Executive Commitee of the Company, with unified term to the remaining elected members, beeing in the position until the election of his substitute, with all the powers, rights and obligations that are assigned by the Company's Bylaws, as stated in article 150 of Law 6,404, of 1976, replacing substituindo Guilherme Stocco Filho.
Igor Chalhub de Abreu Lima has a bachelor's degree in Production Engineer in PUC-RJ, with MBA in COPPE- UFRJ. Mr. Lima has more than 10 years of experience in companies' analysis. Mr. Lima was founding partner of Archipelago Partners, partner in Pollux Capital and, currently, is analyst chief in Opportunity.
The Company thanks Mr. Filho for his services as member of the Executive Committee during his term.
