Grupo Catalana Occidente has launched four new subject channels for companies undertaking traditional business. Thus, the companies Seguros Catalana Occidente, Plus Ultra Seguros, Seguros Bilbao and NorteHispana Seguros now have digital spaces focused on analysing trends in the field of preventive nutrition; self-employed workers and SMEs; small savers, and family. This project rounds off the insurance group's omni-quality proposal.

Seguros Catalana Occidente's community of Preventive Nutrition (www.seguroscatalanaoccidente.com/canal/nutricion/) is founded as a blog dedicated to the field of nutrition and health, a relationship which has been consolidated in recent years, confirming that lifestyle and diet play an essential role in disease prevention and the improvement in the prognosis of some illnesses. Those interested in this subject can find advice, guidelines, and articles signed by renowned doctors.

For instance, this channel's collaborators include the winners of the previous two editions of the Fundación Jesús Serra Research Awards - intended to support research related to nutrition, food and health - from Cordoba Biomedical Research Maimonides Institute (IMIBIC), Scientific Director Pablo Pérez, and researcher Raúl Zamora, from the private foundation of the Bellvitge Biomedical Research institute (IBIDELL).
