Grupo Catalana Occidente, S.A. Announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 1.8601 compared to EUR 1.2661 a year ago. For the half year, net income was EUR 219.432 million compared to EUR 149.279 million a year ago.
Grupo Catalana Occidente SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. The Company's activities are divided into three business segments: Life insurance, Non-life insurance and Others. The Life insurance division offers insurance policies related to health and life coverage.
