Acquiring information about registration of share capital increase at Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A.

With reference to the current report No. 32/2020 of November 16, about the acquisition by Grupa LOTOS S.A. (The 'Company') of shares in Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. based in Police ('GA Polyolefins') with a value of PLN 300,000,000 as part of the performance of the investment agreement, the Company informs that the competent registry court registered the increase in GA Polyolefins' share capital.

Due to the above-mentioned registration, the Company's share in the increased capital of GA Polyolefins is 17.3%.
