Greenwich LifeSciences, Inc. (the "Company") intends to conduct meetings with
third parties in which its corporate slide presentation will be presented. A
copy of the presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 18, 2020, the Company announced the publication of an abstract at
the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS). The abstract will be displayed
as a poster on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in a virtual format. A copy of the
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
