GREENS HOLDINGS LTD is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of heat transfer products. The Company operates through seven segments. Economizer-key Heat Transfer Equipment segment manufactures and sells economizer-key heat transfer equipment, which is installed in boiler systems for power plants. Waste Heat Recovery Products and Boiler Components segment manufactures and sells waste heat recovery products and boiler components, such as power station steel structures and finned tubes. Marine Products segment manufactures and sells marine boilers. Waste Heat Power Generation segment constructs and operates waste heat power generation facilities. Wind Turbine Towers segment manufactures and sells wind turbine towers. Services and Repair segment provides the installation, testing and repair services on boilers. Alluvial-gold Mining segment is engaged in the mining of alluvial-gold and the sales of refined alluvia-gold.
