Global Dominion Access, S.A. (BME:DOM) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,500,000 shares, representing 1% of its issued share capital for a total of €7.3 million. The repurchased shares will be allocated to the employees or members of the administrative, management or supervisory board of dominion or of the company within the dominion group.
Global Dominion Access SA is a Spain-based global services and projects company. It operates through three segments: Business to Business (B2B) 360º Projects, B2B Services and Business to Customers (B2C). B2B 360º Projects covers new production process or new infrastructure projects, offering design, implementation and maintenance of the same.
