FTI Consulting : Expands Financial Services Offering within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Segment with New Managing Director

Washington, D.C., Jan. 25, 2021 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the continued investment in the Financial Services offering within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment with the appointment of Nicole Horton as a Managing Director in Los Angeles. Additionally Ms. Horton holds securities registrations with FTI Capital Advisors, LLC, (member FINRA/SIPC), the firm's wholly owned investment banking subsidiary.

Ms. Horton provides financial and strategic solutions to companies, their creditors and investors and works with public and private companies across several sectors. She has provided restructuring, strategy and transaction advisory services to a wide variety of constituents including senior management, boards of directors, creditors and private equity. In addition to significant expertise in the financial services sector, Ms. Horton has industry experience in retail, consumer products, manufacturing, agriculture and real estate, among others.

Ms. Horton's recent engagements have focused on the financial services industry, where she has primarily served clients in the banking sector. She developed strategic alternatives and assessed company resiliency in challenging economic and market environments. Ms. Horton also played an integral role in the development of recovery and resolution plans for designated financial institutions, and she presented to regulatory agencies and industry groups and at business roundtables.

She received numerous awards during her tenure for both individual and team performance and participated in leadership roles in designing and implementing business initiatives and market solutions. She began her career as a commercial banker, with experience in trade finance, foreign exchange trading, lending and loan workouts.
