Apsys Groupe Innovation (En Abrege A.G.I.) agreed to acquire 50% stake in Les Deux Lions from Foncière Euris SA (ENXTPA:EURS) for €9.6 million on June 24, 2022. The transaction is subject to the approval of the banking establishment that granted financing to SCI Les Deux Lions. The transaction is expected to close by September 30, 2022.
