First Graphene Limited (ASX:FGR) announced that it has entered into a share placement agreement with Specialty Materials Investments LLC for a private placement of 23,043,478 shares to be issued at a price of AUD 0.23 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 5,300,002 on May 27, 2021. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2021.
