FinecoBank: notice of publication of documents related to the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for April 28, 2022

FinecoBank today announces that the following documents:

•  the 2021 Annual Report of FinecoBank S.p.A. - comprising the Consolidated financial statements and the Parent Company's draft Financial statements as at 31 December 2021, both approved by the Board of Directors on 15 March 2022, the Report on Operations, the certification pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58 of

  February 24, 1998 - and the Independent Auditors' Reports;

•  the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures drawn up pursuant to Article 123-bis of the Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998;

•  the Consolidated Non-Financial declaration pursuant to article 3 and article 4, Legislative Decree no. 254 of December 30, 2016, are available at the Company's registered office, on the Company' websitewww.finecobank.com ("Governance / Shareholders' Meeting" section), on the website of the accredited storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.(www.emarketstorage.com)and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.(www.borsaitaliana.it).

Furthermore, FinecoBank informs that a copy of the financial statements as at 31 December 2021 of its subsidiary "Fineco Asset Management DAC" are available at the Company's registered office.

Finally, it is noted that the document "FinecoBank Group public disclosure - Pillar III as at 31 december 2021" and "Country by Country Reporting as at 12.31.2021" are available on FinecoBank's websitewww.finecobank.com ("Investors / Public disclosure" section).
