Alegeus, the market leader in healthcare payment solutions, today announced that it has bolstered its executive leadership team with the appointments of Roy Luria as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Dan Brames as Chief Payments Officer.

Luria will lead the company's legal and compliance function, including enterprise risk management and corporate governance, and Brames will elevate the company's banking and financial services capabilities.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in providing legal support to international business operations, and expertise in corporate, IPOs, M&A and other complex strategic transactions, Luria most recently served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cybereason, a high-growth, SaaS cybersecurity solution provider. Prior to Cybereason, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mavenir, a cloud-native network software provider, and Xura (NASDAQ: MESG until its acquisition by Siris Capital), a telecom solution provider. Luria previously served as Associate General Counsel, Corporate, SEC Reporting and Assistant Secretary at Comverse Technology, Inc., and earlier in his career was a senior associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, a global law firm.

Dan Brames, Chief Payments Officer

Brames, with more than 25 years of senior-level financial and payments experience, most recently served as group president of the Merchant Solutions group at FIS (NYSE: FIS), a global leader in financial services technology. Prior to this role, he served in other executive-level positions at FIS, including as executive vice president and head of the international merchant group and as head of the retail payments group.
