The Company’s portfolio consists of residential, commercial, office and community properties located in Malmo in the areas of City, Limhamn/Slottsstaden, Lindangen/Hermodsdal and Rosengard. In total, the Company holds more than 40 properties with area over 180 000 square meters. The project portfolio comprise more than 10 projects with area over 143 000 square meters. The Company’s main shareholders are Olof Andersson Forvaltnings AB, Briban Invest AB and Cedelma AB.
