F-Secure Corporation's planned release schedule for financial reports in 2023 is as follows:
- Financial Statements Release and Annual Report 2022 on Friday February 17, 2023
- Interim Report for January–March 2023 on Wednesday April 26, 2023
- Half-year Financial Report for January–June 2023 on Thursday July 20, 2023
- Interim Report for January–September 2023 on Wednesday October 25, 2023
F-Secure observes at least a three-week (21 days) silent period prior to publication of financial information, during which it refrains from engaging in discussions with capital market representatives or the media regarding F-Secure’s financial position or the factors affecting it.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2023. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting.
