EVOLVE EDUCATION GRO

(MT Newswires) -- Evolve Education Group (ASX:EVO, NZE:EVO) priced A$35 million ($25.8 million) of its 7.5% senior secured Australian medium-term notes in a wholesale offering.

The notes will be issued Dec. 4 and will mature in December 2025, according to a Friday news release.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing secured debt, provide funding for acquisitions in Australia and for general corporate purposes.

Evolve Education Group slumps 8% in recent trade.
