EVERTEC, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 145.88 million compared to USD 136.51 million a year ago. Net income was USD 35.31 million compared to USD 34.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.49 compared to USD 0.48 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.48 compared to USD 0.47 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 434.56 million compared to USD 376.39 million a year ago. Net income was USD 120.01 million compared to USD 72.16 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.66 compared to USD 1 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.65 compared to USD 0.99 a year ago.
