EuroHold Bulgaria : enters in a procedure of capital increase

With reference to the decision of the Management Board of EuroHold Bulgaria dated 27.06.2016 and approved prospectus for the public offering of securities from Financial Supervisory Commission by decision 845/12.12.2016, as well as to the respective publications in 24 hours and in Capital Daily, dated 19.12.2016, the announcement through Commercial Register under the batch of the issuer dated 20.12.2016, for a capital increase of the company, BSE-Sofia has admitted to trading the following issue of rights:

- Number of shares before the capital increase: 127 345 000;

- Number of rights issued: 127 345 000;

- Number of shares, offered for subscription: 84 896 666;

- Nominal value: BGN 1.00;

- Issuing value: BGN 1.00;

- Ratio between the rights issued and the new shares (rights/shares): 1.50/1

(3 rights for 2 new shares);

- Lower limit, in order the subscription to be considered successful: Subscription and payment of at least 33 958 667 new shares;

- BSE code of the issue of rights: 4EH2;

- ISIN of the issue of rights: BG4000012162;

- Initial date for trading in rights on the Exchange: 29.12.2016;

- Final date for trading in rights on the Exchange: 11.01.2017;

- Initial date for transferring the rights: 29.12.2016;

- Final date for transferring the rights: 13.01.2017;

- Date of the Auction as per Art. 112b (7) of the POSA: 20.01.2017;

- Initial date for subscription to shares: 29.12.2016;

- Final date for subscription to shares of the increase: 06.02.2017;

- Investment intermediary authorised to serve the capital increase: EURO-FINANCE AD;

- Bank, with which the accumulation account shall be opened: UniCredit Bulbank AD;

- The right to participate in the capital increase shall be entitled to all shareholders, who acquired shares of the company not later than 7 days following the announcement i.e. by 27.12.2016 /Tuesday/;

- The final date for transacting shares of the company on the Stock exchange, as a result of which the holder is entitled to participate in the capital increase, is 22.12.2016 /Thursday/.
