DALLAS , September 14, 2021 - Energy Transfer today announced a $75,000 donation to support the hurricane relief efforts of the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army in communities devastated by Hurricane Ida. Energy Transfer is a Dallas-based energy company with approximately 10,000 employees operating more than 90,000 miles of pipelines traversing 38 states and Canada.

Energy Transfer donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross and $25,000 to The Salvation Army to help them meet the immediate needs of those impacted by Hurricane Ida by providing basic necessities such as food and shelter, as well as longer term support.

'This storm devastated so many communities and families. We are pleased to be able to provide additional support to these organizations for the critical work and long-term support they are doing to help so many,' said Chris Curia, Executive Vice President, Energy Transfer.
