'They are three people of great human and professional quality, who have given a great deal to the Company, whether during Board meetings, in the Committees, various meetings and advice they have given during all these years, and on the most diverse issues. I send them a heartfelt acknowledgement for the contribution they have made, their great disposition and commitment to Empresas Copec and its objectives'.

It should be noted that adding two women to this board of directors is a very important milestone for the Company and marks a major step forward in terms of diversity and inclusion.
