I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (EDENOR) (the "Company") in compliance with current regulations, in order to inform you that the National Regulator of Electricity has issued Resolution No. 576/2022 convening a Public Hearing for January 23, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. to inform and hear opinions regarding the proposals of the concessionaires of the public service of electricity distribution, aimed at obtaining a transitory adjustments in tariffs. It will be part of the renegotiation process of the Integral Tariff Review, prior to defining the rates to be applied by the concessionaries.
