East West Properties PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company that is engaged the renting warehouses, ground, office space and yard for commercial purposes. The Company also has an interest in the media business. Its segments include rental, infrastructure, and trading and services. It is engaged in the renting of infrastructure. The Company's trading and services segment is engaged in the selling and distribution, renting and repairs of transmission equipment and machinery parts. The Company owns approximately five acres of land in Peliyagoda, of which two acres have been developed into 100,000 square feet (sq ft) of warehouse spaces, and the remaining three acres has been leased to its customers. The Company, through its subsidiary, Peoples Media Networks (Pvt) Ltd, operates television and radio broadcasting stations. It rents out two radio frequencies and two television frequencies issued by the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority of Sri Lanka.
