Dukat dd is a Croatia-based company principally engaged in the food processing industry. The Company manufactures and distributes dairy goods to a number of countries, including Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Albania and Greece. The Company's products portfolio includes milk, yogurts and desserts, which are sold under the brands: DUKAT, ab kultura, bioAktiv, Frutisima, Yogsi, Dukatino, Dukatela and Brzo&Fino, as well as a wide range of cheeses of such brands as SIRELA, PRESIDENT and GALBANI. The Company is a member of the Lactalis Group. On April 16, 2014, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiary, Lactalis MK Logistika DOOEL Bitola, Macedonia.
