The Life Sciences Sector businesses supply a range of consumables, instrumentation and related services to the healthcare and environmental industries. The Company's subsidiaries include HB Sealing Products, Inc., HB Sealing Products Limited, HB Sealing Products Limited, Clarendon Specialty Fasteners Limited, Clarendon Specialty Fasteners, Inc., IS-Rayfast Limited, Somagen Diagnostics Inc., AMT Electrosurgery Inc. and Vantage Endoscopy Inc., among others.
