The Digital Development Group Corp. (OTCBB: DIDG) ("DigiDev" or the "Company"), a content licensing and technology company offering a wide array of content for television and other Internet-enabled devices, today announced an agreement with Golden Star Films.

George Tan, General Manager of Golden Star Films, Inc., said, "I am pleased to launch 'Black Belt Theater'(BBT) on Digital Development's Internet Television channel 'Kung Fu Network.'" The initial launch of "Black Belt Theater" will coincide with what would have been Bruce Lee's 73rd birthday on November 27th, 2012 and the release of RZA's "THE MAN WITH IRON FISTS," an homage to the Martial Arts genre.

"Black Belt Theater" includes films that influenced RZA back in the heyday of the Wu-Tang Clan. Among Golden Star's 1500 titles are classics like "INVINCIBLE ARMOR," "NINJA IN THE DRAGON'S DEN" and "DANCE OF THE DRUNK MANTIS."

"BBT will have access to all the latest news from the martial arts world available on a daily basis. Fans can get news on upcoming films, seminars, fight events and more all in one place. BBT will be adding original content to the library starting in 2013," said Mr. Tan.

"Golden Star is a great library of Kung Fu cinema. The agreement with them underscores our commitment to bring to the consumer a wide range of programming. We will continue to pursue additional sports programming as an expanding part of our business," said Martin W. Greenwald, CEO, DigiDev. "Kung Fu appeals to a global audience and since our content licenses usually give us international distribution rights it is a perfect pairing of content and distribution."

DigiDev is targeting the rapidly expanding and revolutionary "OTT" technology arena to facilitate the video delivery of movies, games & apps to millions of desktops, mobile and smart/Internet-enabled TV devices around the World. "OTT" or Over The Top devices piggyback on existing network services in consumers' homes or offices; pull content from the Internet and deliver it to their TV or Internet-enabled device.
