Diageo plc (LSE:DGE) acquired Vivanda, Inc. on June 29, 2022. The acquisition has been funded through existing cash resources. Vivanda 's team will join Diageo and its founders, Chief Executive Officer, Oli Fuchs, and Chief Technical Officer, Matt Corish, will provide ongoing consultancy services to continue building on the success of the FlavorPrint technology. Diageo plc (LSE:DGE) completed the acquisition of Vivanda, Inc. on June 29, 2022.
