The Company operates through three segments: the Americas; Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC). Its service lines include property, facilities and project management; leasing; capital markets, and valuation and other services. Its property, facilities and project management services include integrated facilities management, portfolio administration, transaction management, strategic consulting, lease compliance administration, residential property management and various others. Its leasing services consist of two primary sub-services: owner representation and tenant representation. In capital markets the Company represents both buyers and sellers in real estate purchase and sale transactions and arrange financing supporting purchases. Its Valuation and other services provide valuations and advice on real estate debt and equity decisions to clients.
