Material information - Share capital reduction through cancellation of own shares

Following the conclusion of the Buy-back Program announced by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") on 16 March 2022, and as resolved at the Annual General Meeting of CTT held in April 2022, on 7 November 2022 the share capital reduction in the amount of 2,325,000 EUR through the cancellation of 4,650,000 shares held by the Company, representing 3.1% of its share capital, was registered before the Commercial Registry Office.

As such, CTT's share capital is now 72,675,000 EUR, represented by 145,350,000 shares with the nominal value of fifty cents per share. As a result, paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 4 of the Articles of Association of the Company have been amended accordingly.

The procedures for the cancellation of the shares with Interbolsa and Euronext are expected to be concluded on or around 10 November 2022.

As a result of the above-mentioned capital reduction, and according to the latest communications received and timely disclosed by CTT, the list of CTT's qualified shareholdings is as follows:

This shareholding is attributable to Manuel Carlos de Melo Champalimaud and is comprised of a 0.24% stake directly held and a 13.24% stake indirectly held via Manuel Champalimaud, SGPS, S.A., a company controlled by Manuel Carlos de Melo Champalimaud, as well as shares held by members of the Board of Directors of Manuel Champalimaud, SGPS, S.A. (0.06%).

1. This shareholding is attributable to Indumenta Pueri, S.L.
2. GreenWood Investors, LLC, of which Steven Wood, Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors of CTT, is a Managing Member exercises the voting rights not in its own name but on behalf of the fund GreenWood Builders Fund I, LP as its management company. The full chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are held includes GreenWood Investors, LLC and GreenWood Performance Investors, LLC.
3. Bestinver Gestión S.A. SGIIC is a Spanish fund management company. As such, it exercises the voting rights attached to the shares
   property of the investment institutions it manages and represents. Additionally, Bestinver Gestión, S.A. SGIIC has been granted a power of attorney to exercise the voting rights attached to the shares under the property of the pension funds managed by Bestinver Pensiones EGFP, S.A..

It is hereby further informed that on 7 November 2022, the change of CTT's registered office was registered at the Commercial Registry Office. As of this date, the Company's registered office is at Av. dos Combatentes, no. 43 - 14th Floor 1643-001 Lisboa.
