shareholders meeting:2020/11/20
2.Content of the investment plan:The company's board of directors decided to
agree its subsidiary of CTBC BANK CO.,LTD to achieve core banking
information system modernization.
3.Projected monetary amount of the investment:Approximately NT$7.67 billion.
4.Projected date of the investment:
The investment will be made starting from December 2020.
5.Source of capital funds:Subsidiary own funds.
6.Specific purpose:To achieve core banking information system modernization.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:After the case is determined
the implementation vendor and price,the subsidiary will issues a message
according to the 20th paragraph again.
