(BVC : PROMIGAS), parent of Gases Del Pacifico S.A.C. is authorized to carry out credit endorsement for a loan guarantee totaling $10.5 million from its subsidiary Gases del Pacífico S.A.C., in order to grant an intercompany credit to Gas Comprimido del Perú S.A. The board of directors of Promigas S.A. E.S.P. authorized Gases Del Pacifico S.A.C. to acquire Gas Comprimido del Peru.
