Compagnie Du Mont-Blanc (ENXTPA:MLCMB) acquired 38% stake in SERAC on December 3, 2018. Xavier Marmeys, Matthieu Carrillo, Massimo Bruno, Marine Cambolin and Mathilde Toussaint of Mazars Group, Investment Banking Arm acted as the financial advisors to Compagnie Du Mont-Blanc. Compagnie Du Mont-Blanc (ENXTPA:MLCMB) completed the acquisition of 38% stake in SERAC on December 3, 2018.
