Cia Pesquera Camanchaca SA is a Chilean company primarily engaged in the fishing sector. The Company operates in two business divisions: aquaculture and fishing. Its main activities comprise investigation; aquaculture of all kinds of marine species; freezing and preservation of aquatic species; construction, maintenance, repair, operation and rental of fishing boats; and processing, marketing and distribution of the products. The Company’s products include salmon and steelhead trout, mussels, abalone, scallops, langostino lobster tails, fish meal, fish oil and canned jacked mackerel. Cia Pesquera Camanchaca SA is a parent company of the Grupo Camanchaca, which is formed by such subsidiaries as Salmones Camanchaca SA, Fiordo Blanco SA, Cultivos Marinos del Pacifico SA, Transportes Interpolar Ltda and Camancha SpA, among others. The Company distributes its products on domestic, as well as international market, primarily in North America, Asia and Europe.
