Compania Espanola de Viviendas en Alquiler SA (Cevasa) is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the real estate sector. The Company’s main activities include the design, development, management and leasing of residential and non-residential properties principally aimed at the hotel industry. The Company’s properties portfolio include residential dwellings, commercial premises, offices and industrial buildings. The Company is a parent of Grupo Cevasa, a group which comprises such controlled entities as Cevasa Patrimonio en Alquiler SLU, Cevasa Hoteles SLU, Cevasa Proyectos Inmobiliarios SLU, Cevasa Inversiones Mobiliarias SLU and Cevasa-Teyco SL, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Restaura SL was the Company’s major shareholder with 21.99% of its interest.
