On January 18, 2022, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per common share at its meeting on Monday, January 17, 2022. The dividend will be payable on or about February 22, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2022.
