Effective August 27, 2021, Terrence F. Smith is no longer Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of the Company.

In addition, on August 27, 2021, Hans Rasmussen, Senior Vice President, Exploration notified the Company that he intends to retire from the Company in early 2022.
