CIG Pannónia Életbiztosító : EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION on the conclusion of a cooperation agreement

CIG PANNONIA LIFE INSURANCE PLC. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that on October 14, 2021, the Company and, as a 100% subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 11.B; company registration nr.: 01 10 046150) (altogether: CIG Pannonia Insurance) entered into a cooperation agreement (Agreement) with BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance cPlc. (registered office: H-1062 Budapest, Teréz körút 55-57., company registration nr.: 01-10-044718) and BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance cPlc. (registered office: H-1062 Budapest, Teréz körút 55-57., company registration nr.: 01-10-044717) (altogether: BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance). Pursuant to the Agreement, the contracting parties set out above intend to extend their cooperation on credit protection insurance related to the mortgage loans of MKB Bank Plc. (registered office: 1056 Budapest, Váci u. 38.) to a wider range of products and customers. The Managing Board of the Company reminds that the subject of the Agreement fits well into the framework of the previously published Growth Strategy, which contains development directions and goals, and should be assessed as its defining element, and contributes to the goal of CIG Pannonia Insurance becoming a reliable, dominant and stable background composite insurer with a life insurance and non-life product portfolio in the coming period.
