CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement for Interim Results for the six months ended 31 December 2019 dated 28 February 2020 ("the Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings with the Announcement.

The Company noted an inadvertent error on page 46 of the Announcement and wishes to clarify that all transfer of shares together with the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's Share Registrars, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Room 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on 27 March 2020 instead of 27 March 2019.

Save for the aforesaid, all the information in the English version of the Announcement remains unchanged. The Chinese version of the Announcement remains unaffected.
